Complaints Resolution Procedure at the Insurance Brokerage Company Libra Premia Ltd.

Libra Premia is committed to the satisfaction of its clients, continuously improving the quality of its operations, and to the professional and correct provision of insurance brokerage services. In this regard, we are aware that in the course of business, there can be situations where our actions or decisions differ from what our clients expect. For such cases, we have a complaint resolution procedure in place, in accordance with Article 557 and in connection with Article 579 of the Insurance Act (ZZvar-1).

You can submit a complaint in writing via email to jaka.dolenc@libra-premia.si or by regular mail to the company’s address (Libra Premia Ltd., Trg mladosti 2, SI-3320 Velenje).

Your complaint will be handled in accordance with the current Complaints Resolution Procedure of the Insurance Brokerage Company Libra Premia Ltd., and we will respond in writing within a maximum of 30 days. If you disagree with the decision, you have the option to initiate alternative dispute resolution at the Mediation Centre of the Slovenian Insurance Association, GIZ.
